I love the bath/shower concentrate and the body oil in this line. I only wish they made a body oil-balm with this aroma!

Why did you ever alter such a great product ? I cannot understand after so many negative reviews Clarins have not addressed the problem of the awful smell. This was my favourite Clarins product before you altered it.

Awful service

Appalling service. My order came and all the boxes were wet and split open which damaged the goods. I’ve tried to message Clarins twice and no one has got back to me. The worst thing is they were Christmas presents. So I’ve not only paid a fortune and now got nothing to show for it as no one has got back to me.
